  1. Take 6-8 Frozen Pulp of Alphonso Mangoes
  2. Make ready 2 litres milk

  1. Take heavy bottomed vessel, boil milk till it reduces to half, stirring at regular intervals to avoid milk getting burnt.
  2. Add elachi powder and sugar.
  3. Go on removing the malai from the sides of the vessel with the help of knife.
  4. Stir and boil for more 10mins.
  5. Adjust the taste.
  6. Allow it to cool.
  7. Meanwhile wash peel and cut mangoes in any shape.
  8. Now mash with your hands.
  9. Add this to the thickened milk and stir.
  10. Pour this into a serving dish or individual bowls or kulfi moulds.
  11. Keep it in the freezer and allow it to set.
