  1. Wash and soak yellow moong dal. Discard soaked water. Grind soaked yellow moong dal with 2 tbsp water. Transfer in mixing bowl. Add all mentioned ingredients in it. Mix well.
  2. Keep water to boil in steam vessel. Place stand..in it. On it place steam plate. Make small balls from prepared veggies mixture. Place them on steam plate.
  3. Cover with lid. Steam for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Steamed Veggies Balls with corainder mint chutney.. immediately.
