  1. Keep a few walnuts aside and make crush rest coarsely.
  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add amaranth flour and keep roasting it on low flame
  3. When it starts changing Colour add crushed or powdered crushed walnuts and saute till fragrant.
  4. Add milk powder and mix and continue to saute.
  5. Heat up water in a pan on the other side and add sugar to it.
  6. Let it dissolve completely on low flame. - - Add green cardamom powder to the water too.
  7. Now add sugar syrup to the pan and mix nicely to avoid lumps. - - Now you can increase the flame so that the water dries up.
