Chiken ka bareek qeema karwa len.
Usme shan masala, lehson adrak, brown piyaz, chopped hara masala salt add karen.
Hara dhaniya, green chillies chopped add karen.
Egg add karen.
Achi tarha hathon se mal k marinate karden 30 min k liye.
Then isay tez anch pr charha k is ka pani dry kar len.
Phir pan me isay fry kar len.
For Curry : tomato onion aur dahi ko ik sath grind karlen.
Thora sa bhunain
Phir shan masala, haldi powder add karen.
Thora pani add kar k masala taiyyar karen.kabab add karden.
Koyla garm karen.
Salan k andar koylon ko rakh k steam lelen. pateelay ko full cover kar len.
