  2. Take 1/4 cup Alphonso mango pulp

  6. Make ready 1 pinch saffron strands

  1. Dissolve saffron strands in warm milk.
  2. In a big deep vessel or in a mixer add curd, sugar, Alphonso mango pulp, saffron milk, cardamom powder, ice cubes.
  3. Blend for few minutes till a smooth mixture is formed.
  4. Relish refreshing Mango lassi on a summer day! Ready to Serve.
  5. Put 4-5 ice cubes in a glass. Pour prepared mango lassi on it. Garnish with pistachio flakes and saffron strands.
