The ingredients needed to make Samosa:
  1. Take 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. Prepare 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon garam masala
  4. Make ready 2 teaspoons fried peanuts
  5. Get to taste salt
  6. Get to taste turmeric powder
  7. Take to taste red chilli powder
  8. Prepare to taste amchoor / raw mango powder
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  10. Make ready Oil for deep frying
  11. Take as required Tomato ketchup
Instructions to make Samosa:
  1. In a mixing bowl add the flour, salt and a little oil, mix well. Now add water slowly and knead into a tight dough.
  2. Heat a little oil in a kadhai, add the ginger garlic paste, saute. Add all the dry masla powders salt to taste, fried peanuts, mashed potatoes and mix well and cook for 2 mins. Set aside.
  3. Take small ball out of the dough, roll out into a small Puri, cut into half.
  4. Fold it into cone shape, fill with potato maslaa. Join the ends, seal the top with little water.
  5. Deep fry till crispy on medium heat
  6. Serve with ketchup or your favourite dip.
  7. Enjoy with your tea…..
