To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook mango ice-cream using 4 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Mango ice-cream:
  1. Take 200 ml cream
  2. Get 1/4 cup condensed milk
  3. Prepare 1 ripe mango
  4. Prepare 1 tsp tutty fruity (optional)
Instructions to make Mango ice-cream:
  1. Firstly, beat or whisk the cream for few minutes. Add condensed milk and mix well. Again whisk for few minutes. Now add mango puree and continue whisking for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a airtight container. Sprinkle some tutty fruity on top and keep in freezer for 2-3 hours. After 3 hours take out the icecream, using icecream spoon mix it again, again sprinkle some tutty fruity, cover it and keep in freezer for whole night or 6-8 hours.
  3. Take out and serve.
  4. Note: if you don't have tutty fruity, add some finely chopped mango pieces.
