  1. Heat oil in a pan,add oil, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and curry leaves. Also chopped onion and saute it till it turns pink.
  2. Further add peas and cook for few seconds. Now add mashed potatoes,salt,chilli powder,haldi,garam massala and amchur powder. Mix it very well. Stuffing is ready for kachori. Make balls of it.
  3. Now to make suji dough take a pan add water,ajwain,salt and mix it well then add suji and stir continuously and let it come in a form of dough.
  4. Let it cool completely then Grease hand with oil and knead it well to make a smooth and soft dough.
  5. Grease hand with oil,pinch a ball sized dough and roll into a round shape. Flatten it between your palms.
  6. Put the potato stuffing inside. Get the sides together and pinch a seal and gently flatten the stuffed dough ball with your hands giving the shape of kachori.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot enough, gently slide the kachoris into the hot oil.
  8. Fry in hot oil till kachori turns golden and crisp. And it's ready to serve.
