Steps to make Steam karanji:
Turn on the gas flame pour there Oil, when it gets boil add mustard seeds, urad dal, green chillies, grated ginger, and saute it then add water to it.
When water starts boiling add salt and then add rice flour and mix it properly. Then turn off the gas and cover the lid and leave it for 20 mins.
Now take Gujia mold apply some oil to it and start filling the mixed rice flour and veggies stuffing to the mold and start Making KARANJI.
Now in a steamer add water and set the steamer and apply there also little oil and steam all for 20 mins. Then it's done serve with Chutney.
