Get 1 cup maida/all-purpose flour
Get 1/2 tsp salt
Get 1 tsp oil
Take as needed water to knead dough
Take 1 green chilli chopped
Prepare 1/2 chopped cabbage (patta gobhi) (also use crushed paneer)
Take 5-6 garlic cloves
Prepare to taste salt
Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper Powder
Prepare 1 carrot (chopped)
Steps to make Steamed Momos:
In a bowl add maida, salt and oil mix it well.
Mix till dough holds its shape. Add water as required and knead a soft dough let it rest.cover it.
Now chopped all veggies. Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil add ginger garlic paste then add cabbage and carrot (chopped) sauté for few min.
Mix well then add salt and black pepper let the mixture cool down.
Take a small peda from the dough and roll it out. Add 1 tbsp veggies mixture. Fold it well.
Now heat a pan with glass of water boil it. I have setuped a homemade steamer like picture. Then grease the plate and add all momos in itand steam for 5-7 minutes on low flame.cover lid.
Your yummiest momos is ready serve hot with mayonnaise or chilli sauce.
