  1. Prepare Boiled Aloo
  2. Take Frozen or Fresh Matar
  3. Get Tomatoes
  4. Get Onions
  5. Prepare Green Chillies

  8. Take Jeera

Steps to make Restaurant Style Aloo Matar:
  1. Chop Boiled Aloo in medium-small size pieces.
  2. Grind Tomatoes finely into purée in a mixer grinder.
  3. Grind Onions, Ginger & Green Chillies finely into purée in a mixer grinder.
  4. Now take a pan, add 1 Big Spoon Oil to it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  5. When oil gets heated up, add 1 Teaspoon Jeera & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.
  6. When they start sizzling, add finely ground onion, ginger & green chilies paste in it & cook them till they turn golden brown in colour.
  7. After 4-5 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in colour, add 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1.5 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder, 1 Table Spoon Aloo Masala & 1 Teaspoon Besan in it & mix them properly.
  8. Now cook them for 2-3 minutes.
  9. After 2-3 minutes, add finely ground tomato purée in it with 1/2 Teaspoon Rock Salt & 1/2 Teaspoon Salt in it so that they start releasing oil quickly.
  10. After 5-6 minutes, when oil is completely released, add 1/2 Cup Frozen or Fresh Matar in it & mix them properly.
  11. Now cook them for 2-3 minutes, till Matar turns soft.
  12. After 2-3 minutes, add 1-1.5 Cup Water in it & mix them properly.
  13. Then add chopped aloo pieces in it with 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala & 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi in it & mix them properly.
  14. Now close the lid & cook them for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
  15. After 5-10 minutes, open the lid & stir them properly.
  16. Your Restaurant Style Aloo Matar Ki Sabzi is ready to be served.
