  9. Now prepare cream layer by heating up milk
  10. Add in 1tsp agar agar powder and whisk well
  11. Cook the milk on medium low heat till it steam (do not boil)
  12. Further add fresh cream and whisk well
  13. Now add sugar powder, vanilla essence & pinch of salt
  14. Whisk and dissolve sugar completely,switch off the flame
  15. Let milk cool for 10mins in room temperature before pouring to the glass
  16. Now take out glass fr refrigerator to this glass add milk mixture and transfer this glass back to refrigerator and refrigerate it for 3hrs or till set completely
  17. Finally garnish with mango pieces and mint leaves, serve chill
