Agar Agar Jelly is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Agar Agar Jelly is something which I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have agar agar jelly using 4 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Agar Agar Jelly:
  1. Get Agar Agar
  2. Get 1 tbsp Agar Agar Flakes
  3. Prepare 2 grams Agar Agar Powder
  4. Get 240 ml Water
Instructions to make Agar Agar Jelly:
  1. 1 tablespoon of Agar flakes, 2g of powder (1 teaspoon) sets 240mls fluid. Increase the amount of Agar flakes if the fluid is acidic.
  2. Sprinkle Agar gel over the fluid and heat to a simmer without stirring. Stir once simmering and continue to simmer until the Agar flakes have melted 5 to 10 minutes. Add any sugar needed once this time is up.
  3. If making a jelly use half water half fruit juice. Mix the Agar, amount based on total fluid, with the water as above then add the prepared juice, typically pre mixed with sugar. Bring back to the boil and immediately pour into a prepared mould or tray.
