  3. Squeeze the juice from the pulp left on the skin. Also squeeze the membrane for more juice.
  4. Measure how much juice you have. Weigh the water in a different container. The two should weigh 350 ml in total.
  5. Pour water into a pot. Add kanten and heat. Stir and boil. When it boils, turn the heat to low. Let it simmer for 2 minutes and mix to dissolve.
  6. Add honey to dissolve. Turn the heat off, and add juice and fruits. Mix well.
  7. Pour into a container. Chill to harden, then serve.
