  2. Now next day in the morning mix gently sabudana with your hands they will become double - Now take all ingredients mentioned above.
  3. Now grate ginger, groundnuts, green Chilli & potatoes.
  4. Now mix all grated ingredients & add sugar, lemon juice & salt to it - Then add sabudana to it - Then add red Chilli powder to the mixture.
  5. Now mix it very gently with your hands - Then take water in one bowl & make small dough from the mixture - Then wet your hands with water & give the shape of mendu vadas.
  6. Now put oil in a pan & when oil is hot put vadas & deep fry till they are golden brown in color - Serve hot with fry green Chilli & curd chutney - Your delicious sabudana vada is ready to Serve 😋😋
