The ingredients needed to make Mazza:
  1. Make ready 2 Hafoos (Alphonso) Aam/ Mango
  2. Take 2 Kaccha Aam/ Raw Mango
  3. Prepare 1 &1/2 cup or 400 gm sugar
  4. Get 3 litre Water
  5. Get 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
Steps to make Mazza:
  1. Put pressure cooker on gas and add 1-liter water and Haffus aam and kaccha aam. Heat it on high flame till for whistle comes.
  2. Take out the pulp from mango and kaccha aam and add it in boiled water.
  3. Put the pan on gas and add sugar and 2 liters water. Boil it to make syrup for 10-15 minutes. Switch off the gas and let the sugar syrup cool down.
  4. Add lemon juice and pulp water to a blender and grind it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sieve it and fill in bottle.
  6. Homemade Maaza" is ready for your family and friends.
