  2. Add sugar, cardamoms powder and dry fruits and cook on low flame for 5 minutes or till rice absorbs milk.
  3. In between peel mangoes and chop and grind in mixer to a smooth pulp. Mix essence.
  4. Remove kheer in a serving bowl and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  5. When it gets chilled place it in a bowl and place mango pulp over it. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio and serve chilled.
