Take 250 ml Whipping cream / Fresh cream
Get 1/2 tin (200 grams) Condensed Milk

Instructions to make Mango Swirl Ice-cream:
Place bowl and whip in freezer for 12 hours. Place whipping cream in freezer for half an hour and leave it in refrigerator until use.
Peel the skin of mangoes and chop them. Take it in a blender and blend to fine puree. Add sugar if the mangoes are not sweet enough. Keep aside.
Take whipping cream in freezer bowl and whip on low speed for 3 minutes. Increase the speed every 3 minutes and whip on high speed until soft peaks are formed. (No need to whip until stiff peaks.)
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Scrape the sides and mix everything well.
Transfer the whipped cream to airtight container. Pour in mango puree and make swirls with toothpick. Cover it with cling film so that cling film touch the ice cream mixture. (This prevents ice crystals forming on ice cream). Cover the lid and freeze it for 8 hours or overnight.
Scoop out Mango Ice cream into ice cream bowls and serve.
