Heat apan with butter.
Add fine masala Oats and saute in middium flame for a minute.
Add milk slowly_ slowly and mix the mixture continuesly so that there is no lumps form.
Now add salt,black pepper,sugar herbs. Stir & Cook for a minute.Our oats sauce ready.
Separate 1/2cup this for dip the croquette balls.
Mix this rest sauce with macroni and cooked veggie like ginger, Garlic, carrot, red, green, yellow bell pepper, spring onions,
Add grated cheese,parsaly,basil,salt and mix well and keep aside for cool
Add mashed potatoes and again mix. Now Make croquette balls (ball size depends on choice).
Create an indentation in the middle of each and place a pic of mozzarella. Close up the edges and roll to enclose the cheese completely.Repeat the above steps for all ball shape croquettes.
Roll the croquettes in the Oats sauce. Then in the Sujji and oats crumbs.Make sure all the sides of the croquettes equally covered.
Arrange the croquettes on a plate, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
