  1. Add two table spoon of cooking oil and fry one medium sized onion (chopped), add two 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes, green chillies and coriander.
  2. Add Salt,Zeera, Red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, Haldi powder and Garam masala powder and cook on low flame for a while and then add 4 eggs (boiled) and chopped
  3. Add 1/3 glass of water, mix well and add 2 table spoon of butter and cook for 2 minutes..
  4. Pour garma garam anda keema into the serving bowl and add one (Half fried) egg in tayar anda keema..and then melt one table spoon of butter adding red chilli powder for tarkaa 😍❀
  5. Dhaaba style andaa keema is tayaar ❀ I have added Shan vegetable masala and tikka masala while frying onion with tomatoes and green chillies.. You can add black pepper, vegetable masala, knorr chicken cube,or any other masala if you wish too 😊
