Instructions to make Mango Souffle:
  1. Prepare jelly using 300 ml water as per instructions on the box.keep aside to cool.
  2. Peel and chop mangoes. In a blender, mix together mangoes, ice cream, sugar, and jelly liquid till smooth. It will be easier if you blend it in batches.
  3. Pour the mixture in individual bowl,s. Keep it in the fridge (not freezer) to set for 3 hrs and it will be ready to serve. Garnish with mint leaves.
  4. Note: don't allow the jelly to set. Use when it is cool.
