Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli powder
Make ready 2 tsp garlic powder or garlic paste

Get As required Leave charcoal + ghee

Take As required Bamboo skewers

Take 1 tsp oil
Instructions to make Steamed paneer Tandoori momos:
For making tandoori momos we will start by make momo dough.
In a mixing bowl add all three ingredient flour, salt and water as required and knead dough. Dough must be semi stiff. Further drizzle oil cover and rest it for 15-20 minutes.
Further we shall prepare momos dough.
In a muslin clothe add and mix the cabbage, onions carrots and salt, squeeze to remove excess moisture.
In a mixing bowl add squeezed veggies, capsicum, paneer, salt, black pepper, red chilli, chilli sauce, soya sauce and chilli ginger garlic paste. Mix them all together.
Further Knead dough once again and divide dough into equal portions. Flatten the dough balls and Roll them into a thin chapati. Cut them into around 3 inches circle using cutter or a lid.
Place a spoon full of mixture and shape it to momos by pinching side it from one side in circular motion.
Place momos in steamer and steam them for 15 minutes.
Till momos gets steamed we need to start preparing marinate for tandoori momos.
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for marination and mix them into lumps free paste.
Add into marination steamed momos and mix with light hands and coat well with marination.
Place leave charcoal and pour few drops of ghee. Cover and smoke momos for 2-3 minutes.
Further we shall grill momos. For grilling Skew diced capsicum, momos and onions in the bamboo skewers.
Heat up the pan and drizzle oil and cook momos each side till golden brown. You can also char grill on direct flame to get charred texture.
Top up momoa with melted butter, chat masala, onions rings and lemon slices. Serve with sauce and green chutney.
