Make ready 50 g Paneer crumbs
Make ready as per taste Salt
Prepare 1 bunch coriander leaves
Get 1/2 cup quantity of coriander leaves take mint leaves
Prepare 2 fresh green chillies
Prepare 1/2 lemon
Take 1/2 tsp sugar
Prepare 1-2 cloves garlic
Prepare 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Get 100 ml thick curd
This chaat is super delicious and nutritious. This chaat is very healthy with boiled peas and made with zero oil. Here, we have made a scrumptious and refreshing Zero Oil Purple Mogri Raita with the purple radish pods. Spiced up with common spice powders and garnished with coriander, this raita has a pleasant crunch and tongue-tickling flavour.
Instructions to make Zero oil vegetable rice with zero oil green paneer raita:
Start with chopping the vegetables very small. - Take the vegetables and coriander leaves, mint leaves, add salt to taste. Mix and take it into the steamer unit of your microwave. - Steam for 5+5 minutes. - Take out, cover and keep aside.
Next take cooked rice. You can take any rice of your choice. Cook raw rice with water in the ratio 1:2. Let it cool, then fluff up the rice. - Put it in a wide tray. Take pressed paneer,cut it into cubes. - Now in the rice vessel,add salt to taste, a tsp shahi biryani masala and paneer cubes. - Mix all well gently.
Next take a microwave safe container. Put garlic cloves and put it in microwave for 30 seconds. You get burnt garlic. Now into that container itself, put the rice and steamed vegetables. Mix all well. Add a tsp of shahi biryani masala and gently mix. Check salt quantity. Now microwave it for 6-8 minutes.
Take out and see, if required microwave for a minute more. - ZERO OIL VEGETABLE RICE IS READY… - Sprinkle mixed herbs and mix. Sprinkle some more as garnish. Decorate with tomato and onion and serve hot with raita…
For raita take a blender jar, add chopped coriander leaves,tear and put mint leaves, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, fresh green chillies, sugar, salt, curd, lemon juice and blend smooth. - Take out, add paneer crumbs and mix. Check seasonings. Adjust as needed.
