  2. Add the bell peppers and the carrots and keep frying for another 7 min.
  3. Add the Zucchini and mix for 2-3 min, then add the cabbage, salt ,pepper and mix.
  4. Cover the pan for 5-7 min, after add the tomato and rice and 1 cup hot water.
  5. Mix for 10 min and turn off the fire.
  6. The Golubzi: In the middle of every cabbage leaf put 1 tbs of generous amount stuffing.
  7. Fold the ends of the leaf inside and roll , repeat with all the leaves and keep the small leftovers leaves aside.
  8. Arrange: In a large pan put some of the leftover leaves on the bottom and add a dash of oil.
  9. Arange the stuffed cabbage and after every layer sprinkle the grated tomatoes.
  10. Cover the stuffed cabbage with the rest of the leaves and add salt and pepper.
  11. Add 2 cups of hot water and put on the stove, when the water are boiling lower the heat and cover the pan.
  12. Cook for one hour or till the cabbage leaves are very soft.
