The ingredients needed to make Meat or Vegitarian Fried Rice:
  1. Take 2 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  2. Make ready 1 head Broccoli bunch fresh
  3. Prepare 4 oz Fresh or frozen pea's

  5. Get 3 clove Garlic -minced
  6. Make ready 2 tsp Peanut oil or canola oil
  7. Make ready 1/2 head White onion-diced up small
  8. Prepare 2 dash Sea salt
  9. Take 3 dash Black pepper
  10. Take 3 dash Soy sauce
  11. Prepare 1 1/2 lb Beef skirt or chicken best or peeled shrimp ( devained) or for vegetarian dish tofu-(diced up into bite size squares)
  12. Take 2 1/2 cup Steamed rice (prepared day before)(or day of choking this dish, just cool off by putting ice in steamed rice after steamed to make child. Don't rinse! Just pour liquid off rice when completely cooled.)
  13. Get 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  14. Prepare 1 can Water chestnuts-already sliced into medalion shape.
  15. Take 1 can Bamboo shoots(pre-sliced)
  16. Prepare 1/2 bunch Bok choy-sliced up like slaw.
Instructions to make Meat or Vegitarian Fried Rice:
  1. Have pre-cooked steamed rice, ready to place in pan.
  2. Pre-heat wok our large skillet to medium to high heat. Add oil while pre-heating pan.
  3. when oil is hot add minced garlic, onion's, carrots, pea's, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts to pan. cok until garlic and onion's are translucent our golden brown, approximatly 3 to 4 minutes at the most. Usually only takes about 3 minutes.
  4. Add rice , (make sure you have drained all liquids off.) Stir rice the while time you have out on the flames, until rice starts to turn slightly brown.
  5. Start adding the seasonings at this time: soy sauce hoisin sauce oyster sauce salt pepper.
  6. Add desired meat you are using for this meal. If veftarian then delete tje meat and add tofu as instructed on the ingredients for meat.
  7. After cooking the meat/tofu for 10 to 12 mon (chicken and shrimp may take a little longer) add broccoli a at this time, cook until slightly tender but still has some crispness to it. Approximatly 5to10 minutes.
  8. At this time if you want to add bok choy, add now stir all ingredient's together to make sure all flavor's are combined. Then serve hot
