Steps to make Vegetable Sauté:
  1. Add oil in a pan and heat up. Add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Sauté for a while.
  2. Add all the vegetables one by one and sauté each after adding to oil. Add turmeric and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes with lid on.
  3. Add Paneer and sauté carefully so that it doesn't breaks.
  4. Add salt and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes without lid and turn the heat off.
