Set pan on heat, add oil, thyme, scotch bonnet paste, garlic and ginger paste stir a bit
Add carrot, green beans, liver with sausage to the pan and stir
Add the beef stock. Add cinnamon, cardamon, coriander powder, seasoning, salt, fried rice spice stir and cover to boil
Pour in the half cooked rice, stir a bit with wooden spoon to prevent meshing cover to steam cook on low heat
