Steps to make Fried rice:
  1. Wash your pot and set aside
  2. Wash your rice with salt and rinse very well. You may repeat the rinsing twice to ensure rice is well washed
  3. Put your rice in pot, add some seasoning, salt, diced onions, curry, lasor fried rice spice, lasor chicken spice and water, cover the pot and then set it on fire. Allow it cook for about 45 minutes
  4. Dice the carrots, cabbage, tatashe, green pepper, green peas and spring onions and then blend the carrots and ginger and set them aside
  5. Steam the liver and dice. Then set them aside
  6. Once the rice is soft and the water is completely dried up, bring it down from fire.
  7. Wash a frying pan and place it on fire. Once the water dries up, put the cooking butter in the pan and allow it melt. First pour in the blended garlic and ginger, liver, followed by carrots and then other vegetables. Add some seasoning cubes and salt.
  8. Pour the stir fried vegetables into the rice and stir well.
  9. Put it back on fire for just 60 seconds and then your rice is ready to be served
