  19. Whn all four sections of dough are used up there will be 32 knishes
  20. Place on greased pan and pat oil on top of each knish
  21. Bake 1 hour at 350
  22. When making hours d'doeuvres knishes should be about 2 inches square making 100 knishes. When appetizer size. bake only 35 minutes
