  2. Knead the mixture well using a spatula. Microwave for another 30-40 seconds.
  3. Mix it well again, and then divide into bite-sized pieces. Coat the mochi balls in a mixture of kinako and brown sugar, and it's done.
  4. I coated these ones with green barley and sugar. It's even healthier with matcha, or something with vitamin C.
