Instructions to make Jamun Sharbat:
  1. Remove seeds from jamuns,grind to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat a pan,add sugar and 1/4cup water.Heat till sugar dissolves.Add jamun pulp,cook on low flame for about 10 minutes till pulp is thick.
  3. Add salt and cumin powder.Remove frome flame.Strain and let the juice cool.
  4. Add lemon juice.Jamun syrup is ready.Store in a air toght bottle in fridge.
  5. For making jamun sharbat,take 1/4cup jamun syrup in a serving glass.Add mint leaves and few ice cubes.Add chilled water to fill the glass.Add 1tsp lemon juice.
  6. Jamun sharbat is ready.Serve.
