Cut the orange into half. Squeezed the juices out
Remove the flesh and reserve the orange skin/โshellโ
Boil 100 ml water with rock sugar and agar powder until the rock sugar melt. Keep stirring to avoid the sugar get burned at the base of the pot. If the mixture become too thick, add the orange juice bit by bit (do not pour all the orange juice as I donโt want to destroy the vitamins in the juice)
Once the rock sugar melts completely, and agar powder is cooked, off the fire and pour the remaining orange juice. Taste the mixture and if it is not sweet enough/still sour, feel free to add more caster sugar and mix until the sugar dissolve completely
Pour the agar mixture to the orange shell
Let it cool for few hour, keep in the fridge. Serve cold! So refreshing!
