  1. Hung curd in muslin cloth for extra water drained out for at least 1 hour
  2. After all water comes out take hung curd in bowl add powdered sugar add cardamom powder add kesar milk mix well
  3. Add mango puree and add all dry nuts sliced pistachios and almonds..Mix well keep it in fridge for chill atleast an hour..
  4. Garnish it with mango cubes pistachios and kesar strands
  5. Your chilled yummy amarkhand is ready
  6. Note..Sugar can adjust as per taste..Drain all water from curd becomes hung curd.
