Aam Ras is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. Aam Ras is something which I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook aam ras using 6 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Aam Ras:
  1. Get 4 Alphonso or any other ripe mango variety
  2. Get 1 cup Homemade malai or fresh cream
  3. Get as per taste Sugar or honey
  4. Get 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  6. Make ready 4-5 Kesar threads mixed in 1 spoonful of warm milk
Steps to make Aam Ras:
  1. First, wash and clean the dirt from the mango surface. Then massage them by rolling gently on kitchen counter. They will become soft.
  2. Chill them for 20 minutes and then take out. Remove the top eye of each mango and squeeze out the pulp and seeds in a bowl.
  3. With the help of a spoon, remove flesh from seeds. Then discard the seeds. Combine the cream/malai, sugar or honey, cardamom powder and blend in mixer or by hand blender.
  4. Finally, add saffron and salt and mix well. Aamras is ready. Serve chilled as a delicious dessert or with puri, rice papad and kadhi. Enjoy!
