  1. Take 500 ml full cream milk
  2. Get 2 small Alphonso mango pulp
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Steps to make Mango kalakand:
  1. Boil full-fat milk for 2 min. Now add fresh mango pulp into the milk with a high flame so the milk will start curdling.
  2. Then keep stirring the milk till all the water from the milk goes away on medium flame.
  3. After some time approx half an hr the milk n mango mixture will become thick. Then add sugar and cardamom powder into it.
  4. Keep stirring for another 5-10 min on low flame. Then add diced mango into it. You can also add 1/4 cup milk powder in the end.
  5. Garnish this mango kalakand with pistachios.
