  4. Now combine the whipped cream with the mango paste and mix well.
  5. Now pour the mixture in a container and place in the freezer for 2 hrs. Cover the container with the lid.
  6. When the ice cream is half frozen after 2 hrs whip again for a min.
  7. Pour Back the ice cream in the container with lid and freeze for 4 to 5 hrs or till set. Scoop the Alphonso mango ice cream and garnish with saffron and nuts.
  8. Serve.
