First take a bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour add some water mix well and keep aside.
Next take a pan add 500 ml milk and boil it. Now add 1 cup sugar and stir until absorbed. Now add corn flour mixture and mix well. and stir until creamy texture. Now cool it completely.
Take a blender add milk mixture and add 1 ripe chopped mango, 1/2 cup malai and churn in the grinder.Now take ice cream tin or any container pour mixture in it. And set in the freezer for 2 hours.
Now ice cream is half set again churn in the mixture.next cover the ice cream tin with aluminum foil and set in the freezer for 8 hours. Or over night.
So after over night our ice cream is set completely. Take out from the freezer and serve in the ice cream bowl and garnish with dryftuits and tutifuti.
