  1. Get 4 kesar or alphonso mangoes
  2. Get 1/4 cup milkmade #homemade
  3. Get 1/2 liter fresh full fat milk
  4. Make ready 1 cup Sugar
  5. Prepare 6-7 strands kesar
  6. Prepare 4 fresh paan leaves
  7. Prepare 1/4 tea spoon funnel seeds
  8. Get 1 tea spoon mukhwas
  9. Get 1 tea spoon coconut powder
  10. Prepare 2-3 cardamom
  11. Get 2-3 drops green food colour (optional)
  12. Make ready 4 glasses small size
Instructions to make Mango paan ice cream:
  1. Take a vok and milk into it
  2. Cook the milk on medium flame. It should not stick on the bottom so be careful and keep stirring it gently.
  3. While the milk is being cooked. Take your grinder jar. Add fresh pan leaves, coconut powder, mukhwas, cardamom, sugar, kesar and grind them. Keep aside.
  4. Take mangoes. Cut the top of th mangoes and slightly put the knife all around the seed so tht you can remove the seed from the mango. Remember not to peel the mangoes. And keep the top to cover the mangoes later.
  5. Use mangoes as they are without peeling. Gently remove the seed from inside as we do for stuffing.
  6. Take 4 glasses. Put each mango in each glass. Let them rest in freez.
  7. When the milk has been cooked. Add milkmaid and cook for 2 to 3 mins on high flame. Then off the flame and Let it cool on room temperature. After that add the pan mixture into milk and grind them all together for 2 to 3 mins.
  8. When that pan and milk mixture is ready. Just pour and fill it into those empty seedless mangoes and cover them with the top.
  9. Refrigerate it
  10. After 8 to 10 hours check it.
  11. Cut it into circular shape. And then peel them off
  12. Your mango pan ice cream is ready to serve. Enjoy. Happy cooking
