  1. Saute each vegetables seperately on high flame in a pan using olive oil. Season with salt pepper and oregano. Set aside.
  2. For mashed potatoes : Boil and mash the potatoes. In a pan heat the cream till it comes to a boiling point. Add the butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Switch off the flame and add the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well. Garnish with spring onion greens and set aside.
  3. For butter garlic rice: Cook and strain the rice and set aside. Heat butter in a vessel. Add chopped garlic and saute till light golden in colour. Add the salt and pepper, spring onions and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add the rice and toss everything well.
  4. To serve assemble the mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes and the butter garlic rice in individual plates. Garnish with more pepper if needed and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Enjoy!
