Heat oil in a cooker,add chopped onions & ginger garlic paste, cook till they become golden brown.
Add all the ingredients & saute for few seconds. now add grinded tomato puree & cook till oil spread from corners.
Peel the outer layer of potatoes & cut them in small size.Add washed peas & potatoes to the cooked masala.Cook for 5 minutes & stir constantly.
Heat oil in a pan & fry the makhane. Add 1 cup of water & methane in the cooked peas & potatoes.Cover with lid.After a whistle,slow down the flame & cook for 10 minutes.let it cool down.
Open the lid & pour the sabzi in a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati.
