Instructions to make Aloo Matar ki Sabzi !!:
  1. Pressure cook the potatoes for 4 whistles. Let the pressure cooker cool down. Peel off the skin of the potatoes and cut into squares and keep aside.
  2. Heat up the oil in a kadhai. Once heated add mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add curry leaves and sliced onions and cook till it turns translucent.
  3. Add green chillies slit, matar, salt and turmeric powder. Mix all well and cook till matar gets cooked. Keep stirring in between.
  4. Add potatoes squares and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
  5. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
