  1. Take shelled peas
  2. Prepare medium size potatoes each cut into 4 pieces
  3. Take medium size onions sliced
  4. Get tomatoes grated
  5. Prepare haldi (Turmeric)powder
  6. Get jeera (cumin)powder
  7. Get dhania(Coriander) powder
  8. Get Kitchen king masala powder

Steps to make Aloo Matar:
  1. Heat oil in a kadai add the sliced onions fry till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste fry for a few mins. Add haldi powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder and kitchen king masala and stir fry for few mins
  2. After fry the masala add the grated tomatoes and fry till raw smell goes and oil leaves the sides
  3. Add the peas and potatoes and stir fry till it gets mixed with the masala well. Add salt & enough hot water to cook the peas and potatoes. Cover and cook on medium flame till potatoes & peas are done. Then sprinkle the coriander leaves
