  1. Sab say pehlay qemmay ko achi tarhan dho lain.
  2. Pehlay pyaz aur timatar ko bareek kat lain.
  3. Aik pateeli main oil daal kar piayaz ko daal dain aur light brown honay dain.
  4. Jab piyaz ka colour lifht golden ho jaaye to us main sara garam masala, qeema,adark aur lehsan daal kar achi tarhan bhoonain, chamach chalatay rahain.
  5. Phir is main bareek katay timatar, lal mirch,haldi,pissa dhaniya aur namak bhi shamil kar dain.
  6. Halki anch par 1 cup pani daal kar dhak kar rakh dain. 20 min ke liay.
  7. 20 minutes baad is main aloo aur matar shamil kar kay half cup pani daal dain aur 10 to 15 minutes ke liay dhak kar rakh dain.
  8. Jab aloo matar aur qeema gal jain to achi tarhan halki ach par bhoon lain aur hari mirch shamil kar dain.
  9. Dish main nikal kar hara dhaniya,pissa garam masala aur adrak daal kar naan aur roti ke sath serve karain.
  10. Namak apni requirement ke mutabiq istimal karain.
