  1. Peel off Matar from its cover, chop Gobhi & aloo in medium size pieces.
  2. Now wash them properly.
  3. Chop Dhaniya Leaves finely.
  4. Chop Tomatoes roughly, slice green chilli.
  5. Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Mustard Oil in it & keep the gas on high flame to burn the oil first.
  6. When smoke start coming out of oil, turn off the flame & let the oil cool down a bit.
  7. After some time, again turn on the gas & keep the gas on medium flame.
  8. Now add 1 Teaspoon Jeera & 1/2 Teaspoon Ajwain in it & let them sizzle.
  9. When they start sizzling, add chopped aloo & Gobhi pieces in it & cook them for 4-5 minutes till they become soft.
  10. After 4-5 minutes, add 1/2 Cup Matar, roughly chopped tomatoes & spices mix in it & cook them for 2-3 minutes.
  11. After 2-3 minutes, add 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala & Chopped Dhaniya Leaves in it & mix them properly.
  12. Your Sookhi Aloo Gobhi Ki Sabzi is ready to be served.
