  1. Prepare 11/2 Cup refined flour(maida)
  2. Take 1 small piece Ginger
  3. Make ready 2-3 garlic (chopped)
  4. Get 1 cup Cabbage
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup Carrot, grated
  6. Get 1 grated Capcium
  7. Get as per taste Salt
  8. Get As required Water (for boiling)

  1. Take bowl add maida make dough of it and keep aside for 15-20 mins.
  2. Take another bowl for veggies like cabbage, carrot, capcicum, ginger-garlic etc. Now add salt.
  3. Now take dough make small puri's shape of it and feel the veggies.
  4. Now take idli mold add water just preheat for 5 mins and take plates of mold grease it. Now put plates of momos and steam it.
  5. After 10-15 check the momos and take the plates from mold let it cool for a while then take out from plates.
  6. Serve it hot with schezwan chuney or tomato sauce.
