  1. Take flour add Salt and Oil in it and make a soft dough as like you are making for rotis…
  2. Cover it with wet cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes
  3. Then add a little salt in Grated carrot and Cabbage and keep it aside for 15 mins and after that press the veggies and strain all the excess water of veggies
  4. Take a pan heat oil…then add Onions, Garlic and Ginger and saute for 3-4 mins
  5. Then add carrot and Cabbage saute for 2- 3 mins and then add paneer…all the sauces,salt and black pepper powder
  6. Cook for 2-3 more mins and switch off the gas
  7. Now cut the dough into equal small pieces and roll it into a thin puri…then add the filling and give the shape of momos…cover the dough and the momos with wet cloth
  8. Heat water in the steamer and steam the momos for 15 mins or until it is cooked… serve hot with spicy red tomato chutney
