Now make a soft dough of wheat flour with adding Carrot puree, salt, and 1tsp refined oil, and required water.
Now make a dough of wheat flour as it is with adding salt and refined oil. With the required water. Now we have Tri-color dough. Now prepare the stuffing.

Now steam it for 10-12 min. On medium flame. Now check it. Momos are ready to serve.
Now for chutney. Fry roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, fry red chili, salt, lemon juice. Now make a paste of it into grinder jar.
Now serve the hot momos with chutney. It's superbly tasty.
