Steps to make Aloo matar (In Cooker):
Take a mixer jar add tomatoes, garlic, ginger and chilli grind it all.
Make fine paste or puree. Take small bowl and mix all dry spices into it and keep aside.
Take pressure cooker add oil and 1 tsp jeera into oil. Now add chopped onions, methi dana, saunf mix all well.
Fry it till golden in colour. Now add chopped Potatoes and all spices into it. Mix all well for 1 minute.
Now add tomato puree and mix it well. Cook it for 5 to 10 minutes at low flame.
Add salt mix it. Stir it after 2 minutes otherwise it will burn out.
Add green peas or matar into it. Add water and mix both well.
Close the lid of cooker and make 2 vistles.
After vistles cool it completely and check it. Now it's ready. Serves hot with chapati or rice
