Now put all mix in plate & let it cool.Now add again 1 tbsp oil add semolina cook until golden brown add mixture u made first with veg. & then add water till it leaves pan.it should be thick in 2 -3 min.U should move the mixture frequently.Now grease the plate & put all the mix in it & rest for 15 min to set.Now cut the pcs in heart shape.Now take non stick tawa spread lil bit oil & put the pcs on tawa & heat up till golden brown both sides.Ready to serve.Serve with tomato.sauce & mint chutney
