  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. Get 1 cup grated paneer
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup chopped onions
  4. Get 1/4 cup chopped cabbage

  6. Prepare 1/4 cup grated carrots
  7. Prepare 2 tsp black pepper powder

  11. Get 2 green chillies chopped
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp oil

Instructions to make Paneer Momos:
  1. In a pan take oil, heat it on medium flame.
  2. Into this add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Saute this for a minute.
  3. Next add all the veggies into this and cook till its half done stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the veggies are half done add pepper powder, salt and Schezwan sauce. Mix well and continue cooking.
  5. Once the veggies are cooked well, add the grated paneer and give everything a nice mix.
  6. Let all the water dry up, then the filling for our momos is ready. Keep this aside and let it cool.
  7. Now take wheat flour in a deep bowl, add little salt to it, add little water at a time and knead a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Roll out small puris from the dough.
  9. Time for fill and closing. Take a puri, place about 1/2 tbsp paneer filling in centre. Make the edges of puri wet with little water. Now pinch the edges of the puri together and close it to make a dumpling.
  10. Keep a steamer ready, place all the filled momos in it and cook for about 12-15 minutes or until it's done.
  11. Once done serve them hot with any kind of spicy chutney.
